What is the process for applying for Undergraduate Graduation Clearance?

“Seniors eligible for graduation should log on to GothicNet, go to the “My Academics” tile, click on the “Graduation” folder, and select “Apply for Graduation”. If you are using the “Classic Home” format, then go to the Student Dashboard and select the “Apply for Graduation” link.

Seniors with an Education major/co-major cannot apply online. Please report to the Registrar’s Office, Hepburn 214, to obtain the “Intent to Graduate” form and the Certification packet. Follow instructions to complete and submit forms.”
