When is the deadline to file for graduation?

Filing for graduation clearance should be completed before the student’s last semester. Graduation applications must be completed by the following deadlines:

  • May 15 to June 15 for Summer II
  • May 15 to July 31 for Summer III
  • August 1 to October 15 for Fall
  • November 1 to January 15 for Spring
