Why Can’t I Paste Text I’ve Copied From My Word Processing Program Into Blackboard?

You CAN paste into Blackboard, but in order to do so, you MUST use your keyboard’s shortcut keys! Click your mouse into the text box in Blackboard into which you would like to paste text. If you are using a Windows computer, hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard and tap the V key once to paste the text you have copied from your word processing program. If you are on a Mac, hold down the Command + key on your keyboard and tap the V key once to paste the text you have copied from your word processing program.
