When is the payment deadline and how do I make payments?

Students can access financial information immediately upon logging into

Please refer to the Academic Calendar (https://www.njcu.edu/directories/offices-centers/registrar) for important dates such as payment deadlines and late fees.

Tuition bills are available online in the GothicNet portal and the notification of new or outstanding bills are sent to your NJCU email account. You are responsible to check your NJCU email and make the necessary payment arrangements as needed.

To view your bill and payment information, please log into GothicNet (http://gothicnet.njcu.edu) and navigate to Student Home Page (at the top) > then select the My Financial Account (tile), you will then see all of your financial and payment options on the left.

If you have questions regarding your bill, please contact the Bursar’s Office at 201-200-3040.
