In the Course Tools area of the Control Panel, click Tests, Surveys, and Pools
Click Tests, Surveys, or Pools
Depending on what you would like to import, select either Tests, Surveys, or Pools
Click Import [Test/Survey/Pool]
Locate the appropriate file. To upload a file from a local drive, click Browse My Computer. To upload from your Content Collection, click Browse Content Collection.
Click Submit
