It’s been several weeks and I haven’t received any payment yet. What should I do?

The Buffalo Regional Processing Office receives approximately two thousand claims per day, so please be patient. If you are entitled to benefits, you will receive all retroactive pay that is due to you.

If you would like to inquire about the status of your benefits, you can either contact the VA by calling the educational hotline (888-442-4551), or by posting an inquiry online at https://benefits.va.gov/gibill

If you still receive no payment, please contact the Office of Military & Veterans Services to follow up.
